Summary: 

Provide exceptional customer service while establishing trust and respect in all daily functions. This position is responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining a professional manner. Identifies and addresses customer’s needs by providing a variety of services. Resolve customer’s problems through direct personal action or referral to appropriate banking staff.

Major Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Model ACCESSbank core values daily. 
• Provide responsive, friendly, and courteous customer assistance. 
• Answer telephone promptly with a friendly and helpful demeanor. 
• Utilize and be knowledgeable about bank systems (Teller, Navigator, Director) to assist customers. 
• Receive and verify deposits, process withdrawals, and cash checks. 
• Promote and explain additional financial institution services
• Assist with various branch operations, including vault balancing, dual control procedures, and adherence to security and compliance policies.

 Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. 
• Minimum 6 months of cashiering, customer service, or related experience. 
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, and banking products. 
• Excellent communications skills and detail-oriented. 
• Proficiency with computers and ability to work independently or as part of the team.
